“Excellent location on the water. Dirt and gravel spots with a picnic table and concrete patio. The water and electric were very far forward in our lot, but we reached. Our class A is 42 feet and really fit in the spot. Only real issue we had was the energy in our 50 amp had initial high voltage warnings for our surge protector. It did level out and seemed stable.”

“We were staying at Pursell farms for a wedding on site, which was absolutely beautiful. One of the things I wanted to do while being there was go to the petting zoo. Immediately upon our arrival, we were greeted by Savannah Logan who was both outgoing and friendly. She talked about the animals, and let us feed the them. It was very clear that she was both knowledgeable and loving towards the animals in her care. Our experience with the petting zoo and Savannah was very pleasurable! Thanks Savannah!”

“We had to put my husband here over Xmas bc he was sick and we didn't want him to spread it at our family gathering. The staff were all SO friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice, the bed was so comfy, and we were able to charge our new electric car! Yay! My cousins stayed here because it's the only hotel in town that allows dogs. We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

“Very spacious and beautiful out here. The owner and his assistant are very friendly and will literally give you the shirts off their backs. They patrol and maintain the area really well and they don't allow party's or riff Raff in the park so it's family friendly here. Every interaction with the owner has been above and beyond our greatest expectations and last but not least, their monthly rates are the highest value we've seen. My wife and my kids and I are so happy here and will definitely return whenever we visit family in Tuscaloosa. Side note we drive a 29 ft motorhome and we had plenty of space.”

“My husband and I went for a weekend away to celebrate our 18th anniversary. It was so relaxing and beautiful. Lillie and Earl are amazing hosts and chefs! Breakfast didn’t disappoint. I hope to go back again soon, maybe with the kids. The lake is beautiful. Fat Man’s BBQ right before you turn to get to the B & B is yummy. You are about 40 minutes from Birmingham and 15 from Pell City. We highly recommend this B & B.”

The hotel offers free bikes for rides and boats for fishing in the pond. And golf on the premisis and a very nice croquet game by the pool.”
