“Clean, comfortable, quiet. Room had a very comfortable king size bed, a couch, a good TV, a fridge, microwave, blow dryer, & an ironing board. Room on the small side but neatly laid out. In bath had a tub & shower & plenty of hot water. Would have given it 5 stars but air conditioning didn't want to work in unit 104. Would definately stay here again in another room. Heat was great. Cost was under $100 a night. Just off interstate 65 at highway 25 exit. About 2 blks off interstate.”

“I lived here for 2 years and loved it. It’s a very nice and quiet community. I never had issues with anything or anyone (except a little kid at the bus stop but it was handled quickly and efficiently) It’s mainly older retired folks and that was fine by me. If you’re looking to be loud and obnoxious and cause issues, I suggest you try somewhere else. The person who made the review about it not having kid stuff or whatever, this isn’t a playground or amusement park. There are plenty of parks nearby. They don’t have that because it’s a liability they didn’t want. I do wish they would have added in some tornado shelters. I still have family living here and if anything ever changed and I needed somewhere to move to, I would move back here in a flash.”

Mostly older couples or what we call "Weekenders" live or stay here. Everyone is friendly and will walk or drive by on their golf cart and give a wave or stoo and chat. In our town we look out for each other.”

“George stopped by today to take a look at our hot tub. He is always so friendly and polite. He works quickly and takes the time to explain what is going on. This is the second time he has helped up fix something in our home. We are always glad to see him as we know the job will get done right! My dishwasher breaks frequently and George took great care of us. He tried a couple time to replace different parts and when those didn’t work he helped me get a new dishwasher through my warranty company. He was always kind and professional and was on time. Elizabeth in the office was also a huge help as the go between with myself and the warranty company. I appreciate their help in making this process a little easier!”

“Excellent stay here. We brought our two dogs with us and we had a totally silent night with no barking! They put us far away from the elevator, which is key when you have young dogs (every ding or noise from the elevator will set them off). The rooms were extremely clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were amazing. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! Thank you for a great stay!”

“Older park with an older playground. Definitely needs to be redone but city is more focused on the newer park and not reinvesting in older things. The ball fields are pretty good condition aside from the lighting. The lights need to be reangled so as to not blind ball players during games”
