“The Purple Onion in Moody, Alabama was beyond expectations. We have never eaten here and didn’t know what to expect. Cannot understand a review any lower than 5 stars. The only thing we could think of to change would be Earth friendly packaging, that’s it! Next, love the idea of a restaurant with a drive-through. No, this is not fast food this is restaurant quality meals! The menu was good with healthy options. We will definitely come by Moody to go to the Purple Onion again! “We almost didn't go, after reading these reviews, but where Audible Envy goes...we go. Our first waitress seemed to be struggling with the basics. However, the hostess was amazing and got us out and in front of the band. Service may have been slightly slow, but the place was packed. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the ribeye. Cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. The Mac n cheese was 'slap yo mama' good. The band was fantastic, as always, and everyone in our party had a great time. We WILL be going back!”

“Fox's Pizza is of my favorite hidden gems in my area. Ever since my first visit, I have always made sure to choose it over any of the other pizza places offered around here. I have only been in the dining room once, but it was a very pleasant experience when I did visit there. My wife an I usually order pizza to go, and it is always hot and fresh when we pick it up. I would highly suggest trying The Rancher (pictured below), as it is one of the best pizzas that I have ever had anywhere. I would very much recommend this place if you are passing though or looking for a great place to eat.”

“What a great place to go and eat and have a cold beverage with family and friends. Very accessible by land or by water. They have a great menu to pick from and have indoor or outdoor patio seating. Every time we been they have someone playing on the patio overlooking the the lake. The service and staff are very friendly and extremely nice. Their fried banana peppers and hot wings are the best you’ll ever eat. I highly recommend Pier 59 to anyone and everyone.”

“Happy with our visit, the chips and salsa were good and had a nice crunch and flavor. Queso was also enjoyable. Burrito and Tacos were also good, perhaps a bit too much grease from the beef but overall quite good. Watermelon marg was good/strong and a nice flavor as well. Server was quick to attend and follow up and so thoughtful. Overall can recommend to others and we would come back again, nice to see a good Mexican spot around this area.”

“The fact that I have to buy bulk isn't really exciting. I am on a fixed income but the food is definitely worth what you pay. Not sure if I would buy again because I really don't do bulk purchases. But, I would definitely recommend anyone with a family take advantage of the deals they offer. You might find a better steak or maybe a cheaper one but I don't think you'd ever find both in the same place.”
