“Austin at Tech Loft is the most reliable person you will find in Birmingham. I met him for the first time today when i went at 8am and Austin was able to fix my iPhone 10R phone screen (Cracked glass and broken LCD) in less than an hour while i waited. He is completely transparent about his processes, pricing, and the quality of his parts and I left with what felt like a brand new phone for a fraction of the cost to get a completely new one.
