Just before it started I felt my heart opening and expanding. The combination of different vibrations coming from the gong, bowls but also from Master Konstantin himself (which is a very profound and deep experience) took me to the point where I completely lost a feeling of my body. Everything became one. The sound was inside and outside me and I couldn't distinguish a difference between myself and the space. I was the space, the sound, everything and everyone dissolved into one. At the same time I had a awareness not to hold on to this experience and to be openly curious with each moment. I am deeply grateful for every single experience and moment I share in this sacred space.
