“I did an 8 weeks programme with Gym and Tonic ( broke my finger during this time so took 3 weeks out ) but I was active for 84 days in total and in that time I was working out between 3-4 days a week at max. Should have done more really. But wanted to share my results with you. I lost 4kgs and my body fat went from 23% to 16%. The trainers there are amazing and I needed the kick start to get myself back into a healthy lifestyle. And it happened!
