“Unlike other unnamed reviewers, I tend to enjoy a somewhat pissy and fumey ambience and found that the Blackwall Tunnel East India (Stop M) fitted the bill perfectly for me. Admittedly, I had only stopped off briefly to check my text messages and do up my shoelace, but found myself strangely drawn to the basic concrete decor and full range of petrol, diesel and LPG-based pollution on offer. Highly recommended.”

“I've been coming for the sacred sound healing for some time now and of course every time is different for me as I'm different. The experience of this session was quite unique. Just before it started I felt my heart opening and expanding. The combination of different vibrations coming from the gong, bowls but also from Master Konstantin himself (which is a very profound and deep experience) took me to the point where I completely lost a feeling of my body. Everything became one. The sound was inside and outside me and I couldn't distinguish a difference between myself and the space. I was the space, the sound, everything and everyone dissolved into one. At the same time I had a awareness not to hold on to this experience and to be openly curious with each moment. I am deeply grateful for every single experience and moment I share in this sacred space. “A very good place to stay. It was especially great location for my flight out of city centre airport. Nice staff and clean rooms. My room faced the street and it was busy all night with a lot of emergency vehicles so I had trouble sleeping the first night - got used to it after that. I would stay here again.”

“Our son attended Limehouse Arches from the age of 1 to 3.5 (when we moved house) and he was very happy there. The staff were excellent, working through issues when he moved rooms effectively and sympathetically and he developed very well during his time there. He enjoyed a range of activities and day trips and regular outdoor and soft play. His next nursery has a lot to live up to.”

“I live in the area and go here frequently. Food is always well prepared, we’ve tried sweet and sour mains, prawn crackers, spring rolls and chow mein, and were always pleased. It also feels more healthy than average Chinese place, maybe amount/quality of oil they use. Customer service is amazing, very polite, fast and with attention to detail. Would recommend!”
