I had seen Linda for a similar problem about 10 years ago, and I did not hesitate to return to her again for treatment. Her new office is located in a strip plaza with easy parking. You can book appointment times online, including early morning appointments (7:00am) which worked best for me. Linda is very patient and knowledgeable, and gives great advice and instruction for ongoing home exercises. In-office, she used several treatment methods to ease my problem, including expertly-applied acupuncture. It only took a couple of visits before I was feeling much better. The st catharines boxing club is an amazing place to go for boxing, I've even had the privilege of watching one of our amateurs turn pro there. very knowledgeable coaches and staff and they have always treated me like I was part of thier real family, something you don't get when you go to other gyms or organizations.
