“Very happy with emergency room care. I waited a little to long to bring my daughter in because I was afraid of long wait but as soon as we walked in the nurse at front desk, Isaac, took one look at her at started to help her. He expedited the triage and alerted the doctor to her needs all while still attending to people at front desk of ER. The doctors, nurses, blood work nurse and ultrasound technician all provided prompt and kind treatment. It was obvious they were all extremely busy, they never stopped, the nurses practically running but every interaction we had or that I overheard was kind and professional. I thank them all for their care and feel very reassured that we have good people working in the ER. I think they need more supports so that they don't have to keep that pace up continuously, its not fair to them.”

“I have been working with Lindsay for about 6 years. I was taking her classes and then decided to try kickboxing (I felt it was time to learn to throw a punch). She has a great knowledge for the sport. I started in January 2021, I am not very coordinated and having never done it in my life, I wondered if it would be overwhelming. Lindsay has the perfect pace, she knows just when to challenge you and advance without you even knowing. I then decided to have her design my workouts as they were very stagnant, my routines have not really changed for about 4 years! She started building my plans and I'll never look back. Lindsay knows just how to keep things fresh! I look forward to my workouts with her and have a renewed excitement for my personal workouts, she's made such a positive change in my life, I highly recommend!”

“Nothing but AMAZING Support from FCC Niagara, after a negative experience with Pathstone and them only offering 5 30 minute virtual sessions with a BA Counsellor, we were able to refer to the FCC which was able to offer 10 In Person Sessions for 50 minutes with a MSW, RSW level Therapist. She was amazing - Tina, was able to put in effective crisis plans, heal past trauma and truly leave me able to self manager which is the point of social work, Pathstone was not able to do this in nearly 8 years of service.
