“One of the things I appreciate most about Masjid Al Nur is the variety of Islamic scholars they bring for Khutba each Friday for Jummah. Getting to hear different perspectives on topics relating to the Quran, hadith, and general religious guidance has been incredibly beneficial for expanding my knowledge. I always leave feeling like I learned something new that strengthened my faith. It's also inspirational to see how much the mosque has grown over the past 3 years. Given how packed it gets for Jummah prayers these days, it's nearly impossible to find space! But this just shows how the community is thriving. I'm glad to hear they are purchasing a larger property half a mile away to accommodate more worshippers. The growth of Masjid Al Nur is a testament to the quality of their leadership, programs, and sense of community they have built. I hope the new, bigger mosque will help welcome and serve even more Muslims in the Bartow area. The brothers and sisters behind this mosque have done an excellent job thus far and I'm sure their efforts will continue to bear fruit. This is an essential institution for the community.”
