“Despite the name, they're not quick unless you visit in the middle of the night and their cheesy bread sticks have gone a little downhill, but I've always recieved the best service. Their gas prices are competitive and they offer E88, so if you have a vehicle that agrees with it, you can save a couple of dollars. I've been here many times and the store, including the bathrooms, have always been clean. Occasional free samples of food during the daytime, great coffee, never a bad experience with the food either. The only problems I've had here were with other people on the property (rude customers, lying beggers - if you just bought lotto, a ton of junk food, and cigarettes, you don't need gas money to get to the hospital your nephew was supposedly just airlifted to...) that the staff couldn't have known about. The wait time in line during the day is the only reason I'm not giving this location 5 stars and I'm picky!”

I didn’t know that they’d cook your pizza for you on the spot, but it was offered this time around, and they cooked it beautifully! For the price, you won’t find better pizza cooked and ready to take home locally. ESPECIALLY not for that price. Try me! More importantly, stop here. Your needs will be met, if not exceeded here. “I was ready to give this place 5 stars mainly cuz they are always open, and somehow they always manage to have what I need. Today, on Labor Day, I needed a can of black spray paint and they actually have three different types! Had to knock off a couple stars cuz the store is so messy. Stuff sitting in the aisles, stuff laying on the floor, stuff knocked over on the shelves, stuff in random locations with other products...”

“Y'all know I love my KT!!! Stopped here on today to fill up (missed stopping at Sam's Club when I left home!) Gas is expensive everywhere so not even complaining about that! My 2 yr old gran baby literally bulldozed thru the whole store, bumping into folks and on a mission. People were so friendly and didn't complain. The employees all seemed happy and communicated well with each other. No beer cooler, which surprised me. But, checkout was awesome. The clerk was patient with us when the gran baby had to control inserting my card. 🤣🤣 #toddlersaredictators Thanks KT, New Richmond. You killed it! 😍”

“I was backed into by someone while sitting at this gas station waiting for my daughter to arrive. All the staff were very helpful, offered me something to drink if I wanted one, gave me materials for my window (passenger window broke completely) and was just ready to help any way they could. I don’t really leave reviews for any where, but them being so helpful and nice when I was in a bad situation, is the least I could do. Thank you to all the staff there when this happened and offered help. I appreciate it a lot.”
