“In my quest to find the Merton Town Hall, I stumbled across this gem. A very sweet woman gave me directions, but since I was here, I checked out the library. This place is surprisingly huge. There is a LARGE children’s area downstairs. I think the pictures tell the whole story. But WOW! What an excellent place to inspire reading. And the people there, all of them, were so nice!”

“Huge resource to the Menomonee Falls community. Lots of great programs for children and parents. Me and my daughter absolutely love the 1000 books before Kindergarten program. She can hardly wait to finish sheets and turn them in. The play area is always clean, it's the highlight of our visits everytime. I also highly enjoy the stock of books and magazines. I love that they also have an area by the entrance full of things happening in the community. I fully believe participating in local events strengthens a community, and have brings great fun! We frequent the library on bi-weekly basis. It's always an enjoyable trip. I can't say my family has ever had a negative trip to the library. I highly recommend it for anyone with kids”

“Beautiful library. Nice staff. They let you bring your coffee or drinks and small snacks. Very much recommended. It has small study rooms to get for 1:30 hours at a time and otherwise the study areas are still separated in relatively small area for a privacy feeling. Kids area is large and very well accommodated. I wish the chairs were not just wood but they’re yet classy and in general the place is very well kept.”

“More than books!! Hidden behind the Forward Dental and the Kwick Trip, is the New Berlin Public Library. This library has so much to offer with movie programs on Friday, children's programs throughout the week, private meeting rooms and study rooms. During the summer time they hold concerts on the green area complete with food carts. Soon they will be having their book sale. In January AARP runs a tax Clinic where you can have your taxes done for free. They also offer a lot of classes on a wide variety Health topics and also have authors come and talk on their Publications. A new addition to the library since last summer is the ability to check out a pass to the Milwaukee Zoo that includes parking and up to 8 people to get in for free any day of the week. So come on over to the New Berlin Public Library and see all the fun you can have and groups you can join and a very cool art gallery and gift shop. The library is free however if you want to support all the different activities it's $10 to join and be a member.”

“I love the books at this library. The shelf’s are very organized and the remodeling made the library even better. My daughter went in excited ready to find Doug the Poug King of Pop culture but they failed to have it.Unfortunately few weeks ago me and my daughter went and for the first time we forgot our card. My daughter walked up to potentionally check out five books she found. She asked if we could still check out those books the librarian rolled her eyes and said “fine I will have to ask you a bunch of questions.” I was very suprised because the other times we went the staff was very helpful and kind. After answering a whopping 2 questions with a angry librarian that put me in a grump mood.:(”

“I love the big giant signs for the sections/stacks. I also LOVED their punny jokes for their Groundhog Day event. And they have a fish tank in the children's section. In fact this is a GREAT place to bring little kids because they have puzzles and other interactive games built into the bookshelves.”
