“Wow! They dealt with a serious problem, and did it smoothly. We didn't realize they needed to replace a glass with a more expensive (and better) glass, and unfortunately I think they had to eat the cost. What a shame, but shows what a stand up, high end operation they are. Too bad the end of the line services end up holding the bag for problems they don't cause. Big thanks for a job Well done.”
