Thank goodness for Joe. Lightning strike and a fried outlet left me really nervous; Joe gave me an immediate response and ran right over to make sure there wasn't more to be concerned with. He repaired what was needed (even despite it being late in the evening). This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I'd recommend Fuerst 1000%. Thank you, Joe!
