(June 1, 2021, 5:16 pm)Veronica on the leasing team was an amazing partner in my initial hunt for an apartment and has continued to be a great leasing consultant as I now look to upgrade from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom (a friend decided to move in with me because he loved the community so much). I've lived in the community for a month now and absolutely love it. The buildings and community feel resorty yet peaceful. The residents have all been pleasant and it's nice coming back home.
(March 4, 2021, 9:19 pm)I've always been so pleased with the Maintenance and Residential Services Staff. Once a request for repair was submitted, they kept in constant communication as to how the repair will proceed. My granite kitchen counter was cracked and needed to be replace. Once analyzed, a job that seemed complicated was repaired in a matter of hours. When I returned everything was clean, the counter looks so much better now. Thank You!
(January 14, 2021, 8:40 pm)Marco was amazing and fast in resolving kitchen washer issue. We emailed resident service that there was issue without washer flooding. When Marco came he diagnosed the problem and was able to figure out what issue was. Marco was quick and effective at fixing our issue and we really appreciate his help. Definitely glad Villa Siena has someone like Marco on their team!

He really knows what he’s doing & takes the time to patiently detail what is causing my issue & expertly completes the repair. What an asset he is to the Irvine Company!
