“Although we wish we would have chosen a larger floorplan because we are both working from home now (I just moved in with my significant other here), I like it so far. Plus, the 1x1 apartments are decently large in terms of square footage compared to other newer properties; we just wish we had an office now. The hallways and amenity spaces are clean, too. My only complaint is the price. For what we pay, I feel the amenities could be better, but the amenities provided are still nice to use! I wish the countertops were all granite versus just the eating space at the island (the rest of the countertops are not granite, for our floorplan at least). My significant other signed without touring because we were moving here from out-of-state for work, so we did not get to see the small details that are important to us (countertops, trim, etc). Important point, too: Unlike some other property management companies in the area, the fees and charges are extremely transparent with Fiduciary and, I think, fair. For example: parking, water, sewer, and trash are all included, which I have found is very uncommon in the area. Props to FRED for this, which I think is certainly friendly for the consumer and those who have a deep distain for companies that have a plethora of other fees that shock people who are unfamiliar with the leasing process. Overall, I would recommend the Woodlands, particularly for recent college grads who want a quiet place after living in loud student housing (like me) throughout college. Like I mentioned above, which I feel is important to highlight again, the property is also extremely clean, so shoutout to the groundskeeper(s) and property management for ensuring that the property is well-kept.”

They quickly returned a quote to me for a custom stamp with my logo, and the turnaround for the order completion was faster than any other place I could find online. I stopped in the office to pick up my order with the addition of some ink and an ink pad when it was ready. The total cost of a custom stamp + ink + ink pad was overall a great deal, and this ink will last me a long time.
