(November 12, 2020, 11:30 am)The manager, Mike, is the nicest guy I have ever talked to. He made me feel comfortable and he works with me when I cant pay on time. Truly the BEST customer experience I have ever had. I am just blown away. Tears in my eyes from the way he talked to me with such kindness. I would highly recommend this specific Aaron's for any of your renting needs!
(May 1, 2020, 9:37 am)I’ve never had a problem with Aaron‘s, and I’ve dealt with both Euclid and Eastlake locations. I admit they are overpriced, but that’s why I try to do the cash option when financially able. They’ve always been fair, worked with me when I need a payment arrangement, and were very helpful two years ago when I left a rental house and returned an appliance. I have bought numerous items from both locations.
