“As a bigger man, gyms have always been uncomfortable and intimidating to me. That is not the case here. The atmosphere is friendly, and comfortable. You do not feel intimidated to ask for help. The moment you step in through the doors, you are greeted with an attentive owner who will make the gym work for each individual. It is hardly ever packed, and there is a wide variety of equipment to choose from. This is by far the cleanest gym I have been to. And there is always plenty of machines open for use. I have never heard of a gym where the owner goes out of his way to show you the ropes and make you feel comfortable in a gym setting. All I have to say is well done and thank you!”
