Kershek Mark

Mark is a wonderful attorney! Highly recommended to anyone with a state criminal case as long as you are making a honest attempt to better yourself and your life. Mark was even kind enough to work with me with his fees allowing me to make weekly payments to him while my case was going through the process allowing me to retain him as my lawyer instead of requiring the/a FULL amount before stating to the courts that I had Mark representing for myself as counsel! Had it not been for Mark's flexibility and willingness I would have been stuck with a public defender! Thanks to Mark and his ideas during the court proceedings he also reccomend a request for expungement would be prudent and an ideal request for the future!
