“Mari did all of my alterations for my wedding dress and also added on the custom straps. She did an absolutely amazing job and also did one of my bridesmaids, my moms, and my grandma’s dresses. She did all of them perfectly and I can’t describe how sweet she was. She was always working with me to make me feel the best in my dress and make sure it fit me the way I wanted it too. I truly could not have asked for someone better to work on my dress. Now as I am shopping and have something that doesn’t fit “just right” I think about how Mari can help me with those things too! “I went to Neu’s in search of hardware for my master bathroom. I had already purchased my hardware months prior from Pottery Barn, but when the carpenter was going to install the knobs and pulls, he realized the screws that were supplied were very short and not long enough for the drawers or doors. I went to two hardware stores to find longer screws with no luck, nothing would fit in the hardware. I planned on returning my Pottery Barn hardware and just getting something else from Neu’s. Unfortunately, Neu’s didn’t have enough pulls on hand that would work in my bathroom. But, to my advantage, the man working (maybe the owner or manager?...not sure of his name) looked at my Pottery Barn hardware and said that he could rethread all of my hardware and supply longer screws so that my hardware would work. That is just what he did! I have all the hardware installed on my cabinets and it looks great! The next time I need hardware, I will go straight to Neu’s! I recommend this place to anyone I know looking for hardware. They have awesome, old fashioned customer service!! Thank you so much!!!!”

The staff of ladies at the front desk always greet you with a smile and are more than happy to help in any way. The team of doctors are simply incredible. I began my treatment plan with multiple issues and after seeing a previous chiropractor, I was unhappy with the results and hesitant to trust another Chiropractor..however..since beginning my treatment plan, I have seen SIGNIFICANT improvement from when I first walked in the door. I used to have multiple, debilitating migraines a month, and with the consistent adjustments and work done by each doctor, I have decreased my migraines to 1-3 a month..which is huge. “Dr. Eric is truly exceptional.! His professional expertise and compassionate concern for his patients puts you at ease right away. His chair-side manner is warm and engaging as he explains all options to you in layman’s terms and takes time to answer any and all questions you many have. Mary Therese, at the front desk, is an absolute treasure — so positive, helpful and friendly. She is so welcoming! Also, she is very knowledgeable about dentistry and so accommodating. I recently had a dental emergency and, since I had moved out of the area, I mistakenly went to another dentist closer to home. Big Mistake! I immediately called Galleria West Family Dental and right away —Mary Therese went to work on my behalf — she diligently sought x-rays from the other dental office, showed them to Dr. Eric and assured me that she would fit me into their schedule right away. Dr. Eric told her he’d come in on his day off to see me!! I have never heard of a doctor doing this — ever! He spent an hour talking me through the issue and treating me. I felt like a new person!! Honestly, I couldn’t believe the difference he made.I really can’t say enough good things about him. He takes his job very seriously and I will never go to another dentist again. It’s worth the two hour drive. I am so grateful to the entire team — they are fantastic—from Dr. May to each dental hygienist — they are highly knowledgeable, competent, and make every visit something to look forward to—how many people do you hear saying they look forward to going to the dentist?
