Yes I am at the Verizon store in Germantown Wisconsin came in with a negative attitude realizing it was all my fault to make a long story short if it wasn't for page... the nice lady working at the store I would have been nowhere but I'm everywhere but nowhere again five stars for her

Drew was great in helping me! He provided the best customer service I could ask for. I usually don’t go to the authorized dealers, but gave them a try. It was definitely a good decision with Drew taking care of me every step of the way. He was patient with all my question and even with system issues no fault to Drew. I would definitely recommend him for any of your needs.

So we all know that this kind of place isn't what we would consider a joy to have to go to... were they busy? Yes. Did we have to wait a little bit? Yes. Was it worth my time? I would say yes. I was helped by Dan, he was great. I switched a phone over and added a line. It took a little bit but his customer service was on point. He really was a pleasure to work with.
