Dr Luc is a lifesaver! After a nagging chronic back injury, I was willing to try anything to keep up my jiujitsu training. Several other modalities recommended I stop training or consider surgery. A fellow jiujitsu player reccomended the Movement Co.
After one visit with Dr Luc I was on the road to recovery. From a chronic injury. His holistic approach, knowledge of movement and his willingness to take the time to listen to my specific symptoms helped me understand how to correct my movement. He gave me exercises to build strength.
