The manager is always helpful. He tightened my battery cable and is always patient and willing to go the extra mile to help. I drive to get to Old National no matter where I am because I know they are looking out for their customers.

I was amazed at the knowledge and the willingness to go above and beyond once I had him fix my headlight he realized I didn’t have brake lights I told him i would just hscd to drive it home like that because I didn’t have any money until Friday which he said you can’t drive without brake lights someone may hit you and proceeded to go to go inside and buy me the brake lights and just told me to bring the money back when I had it they don’t make them like you anymore but I’m very grateful I went into the old national auto zone and had the pleasure of working with you and I most definitely will be back on Friday to repay you

The Staff here are extremely helpful, polite, and outgoing. Rashad. W went beyond the call of duty and what he is permitted to do to make sure I received the best customer care experience.

Each time I've gone to this location this week, I've gotten great Customer Service from D.A. and Ralph. Ralph was awesome! He helped me with my purchase and assisted with my car. He also has a good way of making customers feel comfortable and understood. D.A. helped once with pricing and locating parts. Great Team!!
