“Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. They will go out of their way to help. I have seen one of their psychologist's for over a decade. She is educated and continues to seek more education, which I believe separates the good from the great. Not only has she been an immense help, but she has also gone above and beyond for me. The only negative is their nurse practitioner that prescribes meds. Not only do I question her ability, but she was also extremely overreaching and made me very uncomfortable. So, I just see my GP for that instead.”

“I came in with very minimal understanding of what Jiujitsu was about but I was very lucky I came here to learn. My first class was really exciting and full of people that are really laid back but always willing to help out if you want it. The instructor, Patrick, was very knowledgeable of the techniques he was teaching but also broke things down to make it possible for you to do individually. Everyone has different body types so I felt like he made it easier to learn how I could use certain techniques to my personal advantage. He was willing to show the moves over 100 times if I needed! All around the environment at this gym was very welcoming and you could tell those who have been there a while are like family. People were really kind hearted especially the higher belts in jiujitsu they will take their time to help you learn. They will also challenge you! Abrah (Patrick’s wife) is also an amazing person and very motivating during the conditioning exercises.”
