When I got sideswiped a few weeks ago, I asked insurance if I could go to CARSTAR because I remembered what a great experience I had then. Utzig CARSTAR did not disappoint this time around either. Rick, the guy who did the estimate was a great communicator, even when insurance didn't communicate well. The owners (I wish I could remember their names) are easy to talk to and quick to answer questions and offer solutions. There are also dog friends, hanging about and very well-behaved!
