Unfortunately, I didn't buy an RV from this dealer, but I can't say enough good things about Melissa Krogman in their sales department. She is an amazing resource for new RVers like me, and her follow-up and follow-through are second to none. She's an asset to this company and I hope to eventually buy something from her. If you're looking for a trailer, you could do a lot worse than calling her and the Quietwoods RV team.

These are your guys. Tim and Kaitlyn (sp) are amazing with the service team. Kaitlyn was amazing with her communication - I wish she was on my team - every customer deserves that type of service. Tim didn't let me leave until I was completely satisfied and happy - He went above and beyond and made sure our unit was perfect. Thank you both very much. Melissa at the Janesville Location is amazing. She took the time to help us find the best layout for what we were looking for, answered any questions we had, wasn't pushy or overbearing. Highly recommend!
