(July 31, 2023, 9:19 am)When I called to schedule, everyone I spoke to was so polite. When making the appointment, I was offered an appointment quickly.
Upon arriving to my appointment, I was politely greeted and escorted to the waiting area.
During my wait time, I was updated about my car (which was super nice.)
The manager also made sure my needs were taken care of. (I had an added request to the service of my car and he, personally, took care of the request.)
When my appointment was finished, my car was washed and waiting for me. The staff made sure I was comfortable in my car before leaving.
I would absolutely recommend Janesville Nissan for not only service but also for purchasing a vehicle.
(July 28, 2023, 1:21 pm)Had to bring our truck in for service as we sometimes had to try to start it numerous times. Was able to schedule an appointment to fit our schedule very easily. They found the problem promptly and had it repaired and ready to go in short order. Everyone was very friendly and Kaylee kept me informed every step of the way. The best dealership I have ever dealt with. Well worth the 90 minute drive. Highly recommend them for any sales or service.
(March 9, 2023, 9:43 pm)I had the BEST experience buying my new car with Douglas! He is definitely the top salesman there. He was so genuine and knew exactly how to help me find what I was looking for. He did everything he could to make sure I was happy with this vehicle. 10/10 recommend!!
(January 31, 2023, 1:33 pm)We had a wonderful experience, Isabel Reyes was very helpful and presented herself very professional and courteous. She also made Us feel like part of the family as well as the rest of the Staff. It gave Us a positive and promising ambiance in our adventure to purchase our New Car. Even with our questionable scores they pushed through and got us approved. Excellent Work Guy's Keep it up!
