(January 3, 2022, 9:34 pm)Awesome, was looking for a boxspring, Christmas Eve no less, after a brief conversation with staff, we had one loaded in our truck in less than 10 minutes. And we dropped it off 5 minutes later where it was needed. Talk about awesome service! If this rating had 10 stars, I would say they would get 10 🌟
(December 15, 2021, 6:21 pm)Corey was so nice, helpful and was not a pushy salesman, he let us look around at our own pace and answered our questions. This is the Comfort Shop on Center Ave in Janesville. We had been to 3 other furniture stores but came back to Corey's store & bought an entire living room outfit.

(June 12, 2021, 2:46 pm)We ordered a chair from somewhere else and waited 3 months and we called to be told it was going to be three months more. So we cancelled the order and went to Comfort Shoppe in Janesville. We had our chair the next day, 2 guys lifted it on my trailer for me. The kicker here is the chair was $40 cheaper at Comfort Shoppe.
