“I had the windshield on my GMC Terrain replaced today by Glass America in Racine. The process of setting an appointment for the next day was easy, and I was given a 2hr window (1:30-3:30) of when the technician would arrive. At 2:25 I got a call from the technician, Matt, who said he would be at my house about 3pm. He arrived at 2:55 and was finished and on his way out my driveway by 4:05. He was very professional in his work. He said that he's been doing this for 28 years, and it shows. I'd give more stars if I could. The whole process was easy-peezy, and significantly less cost than the competitor whose commercials are seen on TV everyday.”

“I have been searching for someone to help me fix tie rods that I was told were bad at my oil change, and Brent is the only person who responded and said bring my car to let him look first. He called me a couple hours later and told me the issue wasn’t tie rods and something completely different. He saved me about $700 and didn’t have to.
