They do an excellent job of communicating your upcoming appointments, via text, email, and phone call! So no matter how busy your schedule is, you will never miss your appointment! The reception hosts are the sweetest and so friendly. They certainly know how to make you feel at home. The waiting area is my favorite part, the hair products, and accessories are a treat! “I went to the salon for a curly cut with Jaime. My hair is 2c-3a. She ended up doing a regular cut which may have been from a misunderstanding and my hair was pretty frizzy when I left, but overall the shape is great. I'm pretty happy with everything. My hair was just about all the same length from growing out a very short pixie cut and I now have some great layers, which is exactly what I asked for. I requested no silicone or sulfates and she did her best with what she had. I've had some bad experiences with getting my hair cut because of the lack of textured hair training, but overall this was a good experience and I would come back. If you're reading this Jaime, thank you! It looks great.”
