I have always been hesitant to ask for help, but when I wasn’t able to complete every day tasks (opening a pickle jar) because of my injury I knew I needed help. Dr. Matt is great at finding the root issue of your injury, asking clarifying questions and being able to see the big picture. He walks you through immediate and long terms goals and checks in each session to evaluate your progress.
Dr. Matt is a fantastic communicator and genuinely cares for each of his clients. While rehabbing with Dr. Matt I got two more injuries playing softball and he was a great resource for managing those injuries. Don’t be afraid to ask for help and see how Dr. Matt can help you too.
