I mailed in a vintage Louis Vuitton bag that needed a zipper repair, they took care of it within a few days and sent it right back and the zipper they used was high quality! You couldn't even tell it had ever been ripped in the first place, the stitching was great. I already recommended my mother in law to them as she also needs a vintage bag repair that she has been trying to get fixed for years but couldn't find anyone! She resolved my issue quickly and efficiently and she is the ONLY reason I will shop there a second time. I initially felt scammed by shady advertising to enter the store in the first place; but team leader Stephanie resolved my complaint in a very satisfactory manner. I may not shop here again because of the corporate scandalous advertising, but if I do it will be because her stellar customer service skills were above and beyond her pay grade. Academy would do well to promote her as an example of people skills that make the customer experience worthwhile.”

Staff are always friendly (in my experience) and the store is always very clean. They don't always have very many larger sizes but that is a fault of DSW as a whole, not just this one location. “A very nicely lit resale shoe boutique. Lots of options of deadstock (never worn) shoes. Choices of urban wear like Supreme and Bathing Ape fill the store floor. Prices are comparable to StockX, a leading online shoe reselling site. Store appeared to be very clean. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in the door. I personally had some issues with processing some money and they helped and refunded some transactions with no problem. I highly recommend giving this shop a visit.”
