Garrett is a phenomenal coach and a even better person. I have had a wonderful experience with him returning to running from a really bad stress fracture. He is a good listener and you can tell he plans your program with the feedback you are giving him through his proactive check-ins. He makes it really easy to follow the program he lays out and also easily adjusts or pivots depending on what is happening in real time. In addition, he does a good job of providing the education and resources needed to deliver on the plan. I would highly recommend Garrett to anyone looking for a running coach. You will immediately see the benefits. He is a ocean of knowledge and he has taught me how to be a much smarter runner. 10/10

Garrett takes the time to understand your needs through a series of evaluations and then tailors a program specific to you. He asks for feedback and will make any necessary changes to help you the most. The program is easy to follow thanks to the True Coach app. The videos and written descriptions that accompany each exercise are very helpful.

I am fortunate to have Garrett help me in getting back to running. He took the time to evaluate my imbalances dealing with strength and flexibility. He developed a dynamic program of strength and flexibility exercises personally designed to my needs. These exercises were put on an app that had videos and written explanations. The app was easy to use and highly motivating. Garrett was very accessible and would check in with me often. I am happy to say I am stronger after completing his program than I was before I was injured. I highly recommend Garrett for any of your exercise or rehabilitation needs.
