The structure of each lesson is a good mix of light calisthenics, coordination and flexibility training. There are multiple instructors in each session that provide the kids singular instruction when needed as they monitor the class. They also do a fantastic job of emphasizing focus, discipline and of course fun! Especially master instructor Kellie, who made us feel very welcome starting from our first visit!”
