“My Father has been a resident at Azura Oak Creek for about 17 months now. It's very hard to watch a loved one be affected by dementia. It's important to find a place where dementia is understood. My overall rating of Azura is very high. Thanks to everybody there for all they do. The building is fairly new and is very nice. It is very clean. I have been to other facilities where the smell of urine in the hallways is overpowering. I have never smelled urine here, it always smells fresh and clean. The caregivers are very compassionate and seem to truly care about the residents. I understand that being a caregiver is a very hard job to do and I commend them. I've had interactions with the activities coordinator, RN, and Executive Director and all have been pleasant. I think the only negative thing I can think of is that it can take a long time for somebody to answer the door when stopping by for a visit. But other than that I rate Azura 5 stars.”
