“I love this branch. I have been using it as long as I can remember. There is still one customer service rep that is still there and recognizes me even though there was a period of time I hadn't been there. But everyone is so friendly. They do put cookies and coffee out next to the seats where people wait to see a banker and while I've never waited over 15 minutes, I have had quite a few cups of coffee while waiting and with the banker. They always treated me with respect and once when we were on vacation some time ago, our deposit with our vacation money we deposited a few days earlier was somehow held up and we didn't have the money available to pay for our 7 day stay at our hotel. The hotel called the bank and they manually released the money on the spot without any issues. Also, I had some fraudulent activity on an account at another time but since the transaction looked legit, it took a bit of time and me looking up the statutes for my particular situation and they took care of it as soon as I gave them the info. I no linger live by this branch but still use it when I am in town just because of the quality of service.”
