He was accommodating and dealt with a couple stressful situations in front of us and was very calm and respectful, even when customers weren’t. Hotel and rooms were very clean. “I am not sure if they have new management or new staff but I didn't experience the complaints other guest expressed. The room and common areas were clean a d well maintained. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly one of the best hotel foods I've had in a long time and all the staff were efficient and friendly. If I ever get stuck in Milwaukee airport again, this hotel will be my first choice.”
