“Dr Deb was a pleasure to work with. We spent time going over my bike and she watched me ride it with all of her instruments to measure. Then she made the adjustments and when I got back on my bike it was like me and my bike were one. I did a few stretching exercises and she had some great recommendations for me as well. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a bike fitting. It was some of the best money I spent. She also printed out specs for me in case I bought another bike. Thank you again!!”

“If you get enough massages hopefully you are lucky enough to have one phenomenal experience that becomes the massage all other massages are judged by. Unfortunately for me I had that experience on my first massage 15 years ago. While all massages are special and unique that one set a very high bar that no others had come close to, until my trip to Healium. Ben, was my massage therapist, and he is a very talented professional. Good amount of checking in on my comfort without being distracting, offered complimentary aromatherapy options, hot towels and stones, and did a great job addressing any issues I communicated. Office is tight but they have made it very welcoming and safe. Rooms and tables are comfortable. Mask was required in common spaces but not during massage, although Ben kept his on throughout.”

“I have been going to Healium Hot Yoga for about 4 years now. It was the second yoga studio in Milwaukee that I tried, and the search was over. The variety of classes offered is wonderful....both hot yoga and non-heated, beginner classes and power yoga, various interesting guest workshops, and even yoga retreats are offered. I love going there because I can always find what I need...whether that's needing to get a good sweat on and challenge myself, or just stretching things out and being more relaxed.
