“When I came with my car I was waiting and nobody approached me to greet me in the service line inside the garage door. The main person (Matt) was on his lunch break. But I think when Matt is gone there should be other people stepping up to greet customers. With that said, the actually service on my car was done well. Matt was flexible with me in the timing of my vehicle.”

“I’m so glad that All Star Honda updated their furniture in the waiting room. Everything was clean. Also, the service people were helpful. They keep my car running nice. Hopefully they can get some sort of a shuttle running on weekends. I joined their membership points program today and am glad that I can get real benefits out of it. Also, I should talk to Honda about refinancing my SUV now that they are offering 0.0% APR on all 2019’s. This dealership seems to be stepping up their game little by little.
