Synergy is truly a team of people who have provided great help and have acted with humility and grace with home-matters; especially during the uniquely challenging time of this pandemic. Knowing that my mom has had help at home has meant so much to our family, as we navigate all that is needed in her life and our own, during this challenging time. This team truly deserves praise for providing the immeasurable help they have provided for our family. We reached out to several companies for help before learning about Synergy and each time, we hit some kind of barrier. Not enough hours of care needed, not taking new clients who do not need many hours of care because it would not be cost effective during the pandemic, etc etc. This was so discouraging and frustrating; and then we met Synergy and a huge weight was lifted for us. Grace and Brenda are kind, patient, and extremely helpful in her home. They have communicated with me about cleaning supplies needed and kept detailed notes about how my mom seemed to be doing when they were visiting with her. It has been absolutely evident that her caregivers....care! Synergy paid attention when I called with questions/concerns, always provided communication when schedules needed to be adjusted, and sent newsletters outlining protocols and such surrounding the pandemic. We cannot thank Synergy enough for actually showing they care about people and families and not just profit.”

“Great service, great staff! Great oil change price with current sale of $17.76 even with semi-synthetic oil. Will definitely be back! Went in for their "Oil Change Special" with an appointment, Danielle said it would be 45min to an hour with a break inspection. I thought I might need new breaks and tires by winter. So Danielle quoted me on a set of new tires while I waited. They took my minivan in right on schedule and I was back in my van in an hour. They topped off the fluids, rotated & filled the tires, checked the battery. As it turns out my breaks are fine ( might want them "cleaned") and Danielle gave me a quote on that too, and my tires are just fine (still have half the tread left) so I don't need them as soon as I thought I would. So all I really needed was the oil change. Some places are not as honest (been there done that). This place has been honest every time I'm there for service. I have been here before for other services in the past and I go back because of the people & fast friendly service. I highly recommend them for service.”
