“I agree about the long wait times being a bit frustrating at times, but the staff makes up for it. Just one of many examples, I went there one day to get an economy-sized bottle (200 tablets) of an otc medicine that I've been taking regularly for years (and it's relatively expensive, hence the usefulness of buying in bulk), but all they had at that moment were the smaller sized bottles. I asked an employee who was stocking the aisle if they might have some in back. He said their delivery was coming in later that day, and asked if the price was the reason I bought in large quantities. He happened to be a manager, so he took two bottles that were 100 tablets each, walked me to the counter, and told the cashier to charge me the cost of the bottle of 200. It saved me like $7. That's genuine customer service, and it's worth waiting a few extra minutes to me.”

“Lindhim was awesome through my entire car purchasing process. I received a 2011 Toyota Camry, and driving it off the lot, I had no issues with the vehicle. After about 2 weeks of owning the car, I had an incident that was caused by an oversight on my own part. I called Lindhim, and his crew serviced my vehicle at no charge, saying that he didn’t want my vehicle to have issues this early on into me buying it. “I should've done this a long time ago. I purchased a truck from Southside Auto last December. I felt it was, and still is, a good deal. A month or so later, I took it in to start routine servicing schedule. I was informed by that shop that in their opinion, the truck wasn't safe. So, I took it to a different shop, but didn't tell them about the diagnosis of the 1st shop; but they came to the same conclusion. So with that, doubt and distrust set in. So I contacted Southside with my concerns, and Dominic reassured me, and the DMV, that the truck was indeed safe. The problems that both shops said I'd experience has yet to happen; and it's been almost a year now. I feel like a fool. My gut about Southside was right; it was a good deal on a good truck. There's always a gamble buying used vehicles. Buying them from Southside Auto should give you piece of mind. It's a good place, that's affordable, and willing to work with you; with qualified mechanics. This is a squared away place.”

“We had Design and Save remake our kitchen and we love it. We had the soffits removed, a peninsula removed and we changed the location of the range. That really opened up our kitchen. We did the demo and as soon as we finished with that the plumbers and electricians were here. Then the drywall guys came in and did there thing and shortly after the cabinet guys were here putting up cabinets. It moved along really nicely and we were really impressed with the quality of workmanship. We love it.”
