“OUTSTANDING!! Management and front desk staff member went above and beyond when we needed emergency help for our daughter. She was greeted with a smile along with the warm cookies, goodie bag and coupon for breakfast. Once in her room she was contacted by the front desk to be sure she was OK. The same front desk staff member contacted us to let us know she had arrived safely and was in her room. We had to contact management before she could arrive at the hotel and we received a response from him within 10 minutes of our inquiry. DoubleTree came through for us in a big way - DEFINITELY will be staying here again in the future!!”
