There was way more than enough parking and spave to park. They even had good snack machines. I would go back there anytime. I received a door soon as I vhecked in and was unloaded withing 20 minutes.”

“Otto Nelson was amazing. Will, Caden, Kyle, and Ken moved us on the coldest day of -55 wind chill. So many businesses and schools were closed and they did not cancel on us. In fact, their first words were "We are so glad you didn't cancel on us!" because they wanted to move us and they were prepared with snow shovels and winter gear. They were organized, professional, protected our furniture, and were quick despite the elements. The whole team worked very well together in their communication with each other and with my family. We are so grateful to these young men for caring for our family by doing what they do best - move our stuff into our new home. I also appreciated how George came to our home before the move and personally looked over our needs so that he could provide a very accurate estimate. There were no surprises the day of the move. I also love that Otto Nelson works with the military so we were able to get boxes for free because they recycle boxes from other moving families. We will definitely be calling them to come pick up our boxes so we can pay it forward for others too. This is a great company with great workers. Thank you!”
