“I have only been here a few times & the employees are always nice & very helpful. I met my daughter here last night, she had a deer run into her car & it broke the headlight bulb. The woman at the register was very helpful & knowledgeable, she even went to get the part in the store so we didn't have to look for it ourselves. I was going to put the bulb in myself in the parking lot but the battery was in the way. I went back in the store since I didn't have any tools with me & Caleb came out with his own tools, removed the battery & replaced the bulb for me, then he put the battery back in. I didn't expect him to do all of that but I truly appreciated his help. I'd recommend this location to anybody.”

“We found/rescued a kitten. We have no experience with cats, but the kitten is so wonderful we decided to keep him. The kitten needed help ASAP. Called and they got us in the same day. Note: we called a different vet in Fort Atkinson and were told because we were new patients we couldn't make an appointment for two weeks, even after I explained the situation. When I called the receptionist was so kind and caring. Thank you! The vet was awesome. She took the time to give us a kittens 101 lesson and answered our questions. Everyone was very knowledgeable and caring. I'm so relieved to have found a wonderful vet!”
