“My husband and were very new and totally inexperienced when starting yoga with Katy as our instructor. She is wonderful, gentle and caring in her approach to teaching. We have continued to attend classes both in person and by Zoom ( introduced during Covid precautions) for a couple of years. I would highly recommend Katy as an instructor and the studio for classes.
