The staff was wonderful. For unfortunate circumstances, they walked me through the whole process and expidited services that were individualized and personal. Upon showing up everyone greeted us with a warm hello. Being from so far away, trying to plan a funeral, they communicated well, made the process easy, and prepared us for what to expect. They exceeded my expectations.

Very helpful in my time of need. Went in in March to set up for mom and then she passed in Oct. process was very smooth and I would highly recommend Memphis Funeral Home.

The funeral directors and staff at both Memphis Funeral Home locations were so great to work with, namely David Pace, Emily Burnett and Dottie Sawyer. The grounds at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens are well cared for. Our experience was very positive and several members of our family have, or are, doing their pre-needs at this location as a result.

The care that we received was outstanding. My husband died unexpectedly at the age of 35, two days before his 36th birthday. Everyone we worked with was aware of that fact, and was cautious and gracious enough to where we did not have to make his funeral arrangements on his birthday. I felt we were very well taken care of.

I have a 11 year old ADHD, high functioning Autism, who love the water and has wanted to learn how to SCUBA dive since I took her snorkeling in the Keys 2 years ago. Madison SCUBA went to great lengths to make this dream possible for her. The were extremely patient with her and took the time to make sure understood everything. I cannot than them enough.

I took down quite a few tanks for filling on very short notice, and despite being backed up they took the time to get mine filled (this was my first time at their shop.) The technician who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional in his service. Definitely would recommend going to them!

Completed the Open Water Diver program with my family. Even with how busy the current schedule is, each of us had plenty of direct time with an instructor for every step of the way. Once we hit the water, it was pretty much one for one with staff for each of our skills.

I look forward to continuing my education and training there.

I honestly can't say enough good things about MadisonScuba! Two friends and I were looking for a safe way to get Open Water Certified during COVID-19 times, and Wes & the rest of the Madison Scuba Team gave us a top notch experience. I'll definitely be completing future classes & dives with this group, and I highly recommend Madison Scuba to anyone who's looking for a dynamic, welcoming, and highly informative scuba experience!!
