I called to inquire and Jeff picked up the phone, offered to show me the unit right away. Then met me the next day to sign the lease, show me how to get in and out, and give me the keys. You are dealing with a friendly small business that is there to help and the facility is new and clean. It's a pleasure to do business with them.
