Ariel is seriously a gift! This little dance studio is mighty and wonderful, and changes lives! So grateful for this studio in MANY ways!

I love the approach and style of Dance Life! I am a transgender woman and I have significant steps to take to reclaim my body from decades of repressing my truth. Dance Life makes the learning fun! And really, if you are a woman, any woman, who has doubted her beauty and self worth, you should seriously join in some classes! You will find such joy!

This is a gorgeous space with wonderfully welcoming instructors! During COVID they're being extremely careful about cleaning and distancing, and masks are of course required. Highly recommend this body positive studio!

A good friend recommended the hula hoop class at Dance Life. I am always excited to try something new. The hula hoops are weighted which adds to the intensity of the workout.The women in the class make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The hour class went fast. If you love to hula hoop this a great way to exercise. On the fun meter it is a 10!

I've been going to Dance Life for nearly a year and its been a blast. Its so fun and welcoming. The instructors are so helpful. I always have a great time in classes. The focus is both on learning the art of dance but also on loving your body and your way of learning. Arielle and Mama K are the sweetest people who are always encouraging and knowledgeable. I love love going to Dance Life and I'm so happy to have found it.
