“My 5 y/o son was excited to visit his father's barber and get a mohawk. We got there early, and 'Dre was just finishing up with a client by trimming his sideburns with a straight razor. The blade scared my son, and in 5 minutes time my son worked himself up into tears with fear. Several nearby stylists came out to reassure him to no avail, but once 'Dre finished up, he came out and spoke directly to my son. He asked his name and introduced himself then brought my son inside to pick out a snack. 'Dre went out of his way to put my son at ease without baby talking him. He showed off his tools, put on a cool stop motion Lego video, and got to work. Within minutes my son was laughing and having a great time. I'm really thankful for the customer service. This guy knows what he's doing. I've been coming to him for a while for my own fades, and if I'm judging by the number of times my son checked himself out in every reflective surface, he will be bugging me for another haircut soon enough. “Going to see Sonja at her salon is a great experience all around. She gives a great haircut -- she's particularly good at knowing what will work with your hair and what won't. Also, she can cut a style from a picture spot-on (if your hair will do it). Sonja is terrific with kids -- she puts them at ease with her friendly demeanor, quick cutting ability, and video library. Sonja is fun to chat with, but she is also good at knowing when a customer just wants to get their hair done in silence. The salon is cheerful and modern, as well.”

“I called and wanted to get some vitamin injections and talked to Kim about everything. She was very knowledgeable and extremely nice and professional. I told her that I worked until 5pm and she advised me that they close at 5pm, but she told me that she was stay after to make sure I picked up the injections today. Kim went out of her way 150%. I am extremely thankful that this company is amazing and absolutely cares for their customers. Ellie was also amazing when I came in for my original session. “I had a black tie event yesterday night and I made a last minute appt with Roots last weekend. Thankfully, they made time for me and I snagged a 3PM with Silvia (sp?), the owner. She greeted me warmly, the space was immaculate and inviting, and I felt comfortable immediately. I came in not knowing what I wanted - only pics of my dress and knowing I wanted full hair/makeup. Silvia was patient, kind, and hilarious the whole time. The makeup products she used are top of the line, she sterilized everything, and made me laugh. She worked on my hair, along with Rina, and it felt like I had started my party early! Silvia did full glam on the face, which I didn't think I'd like but I LOVED and got so many compliments on my whole look. Don't skimp out on hair/makeup - it'll make you feel like a million bucks and the pictures of the memory are worth it for sure. I think I paid ~250 (for hair, makeup, 100% attention from 2 stylists, some instant tanner for my pale skin) which is comparable to others in the area in price but Roots is the spot, let me tell you. Quality impeccable - I'm writing this review almost 24 hours after makeup application and it's still amazing (see pic!). I could wear it out tonight again if I wanted! My partner took one look at me and literally said "WOW!" Do yourself a favor and make an appt - I bet they get booked quickly and as I understand, they're only open for appt. THANK YOU SILVIA AND RINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ”
