I had an excellent, no pressure, no rush experience. Kevin made sure I understood everything about my new phone and more importantly, the pricing on our business account. We’ve been US Cellular customers for about 20 years so have had both good and not-so-good visits over the years. This store knows customer service and I’ll be happy to go back.

I was surprised at how quickly we were helped given the line. We were checked-in and asked to wait in our car until they texted us. Waiting time was only 10 or 15 minutes. Overall, pretty good service for this soon after the holidays! Unfortunately they have to ship the phone which will take 3 to 7 days.

Liked the new sign in procedure. No pressure. Zack was spectacular. No stress. Got what I needed quickly, and on my way!
